**Terms and Conditions for Trail Participation**

1. **Arrival and Preparation**:
- Participants are required to arrive **10 minutes prior** to the scheduled trail time. This is to ensure there is ample time to sign indemnity forms and to properly fit helmets.

2. **Access to Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate**:
- An **access code** will be necessary for entry into the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate for those not residing on the estate. This code will be provided on the day of the trail.

3. **Medical Disclosure**:
- It is imperative that participants inform the guide of any **medical conditions**, such as allergies, asthma, epilepsy, or other relevant health concerns.

4. **Cancellation Policy**:
- Cancellations made within **48 hours** of the trail start time are not eligible for refunds.

5. **Alcohol Prohibition**:
- The introduction of alcohol onto the property is strictly prohibited.

6. **Animal Welfare**:
- A strict **zero tolerance policy** for animal abuse is enforced to ensure the welfare of our animals.
